What you'll need
Ingredients
| 40 ml | Arran Barrel Reserve Whisky |
| 30 ml | C. Drouin Sélection Calvados |
| 20 ml | Rosemary Syrup* |
Garnish
Dried rosemary sprigs
Glassware
Rocks Glass
Preparation
Add all ingredients to mixing glass
Stir all ingredients over ice
Strain in a pre-chilled glass
* Rosemary Syrup recipe:
Prepare a simple syrup, equal parts sugar and water. Remove from heat, infuse fresh rosemary for half hour, strain and keep cool.
